Return/Refund Policy

RETURNS IN CASE OF PRODUCTS ON SALE:
Please note that products purchased during Festive / Promotional Sales are not eligible for Return / Refund / Exchange.

Vastram’s Cancellation Policy:

Vastram by Singhania’s (Shri Devji Baba Textiles Private Limited) generally dispatches products within 24 working hours. Cancellation of an order will be considered only if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
A 10% Transaction Processing Fee shall be deducted from the total amount in case of cancellation within the allowed time frame.

Vastram’s Refund Policy:

At Vastram by Singhania’s, we ensure that every item is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. In case you are dissatisfied, or have received a damaged / wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@shopvastram.com or on WhatsApp +91 9121733310 within 2 days of receiving the package.

In Case of Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Mail or WhatsApp us images/videos of the package/product showing tampering or defects.

• You may refuse delivery or accept delivery with remarks on the courier slip.

• Lodge a complaint with the courier agency and inform us so we can follow up.

• Once verified, we will replace the product at no extra cost.

Important: Before returning any item, always wait for our Return Authorization Email with the Return Shipping Label. We must receive the return within 7 days of sending this email.

If a return is made without prior authorization, no refund or replacement will be processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• If approved, a refund or credit note will be issued.

• If not eligible, the item will be returned to you.

• The process is completed within 7–14 working days after receiving the return package.

Refund Timelines:

• Refunds for Damaged/Wrong Products:
  Will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 bank working days.

• Refunds Due to Non-Delivery/Unavailability of Product:
  Partial refunds will be processed for undelivered items if no alternate product is chosen.
  Once the refund is approved, the refund process will be initiated within 2–3 working days. Please note that the actual credit to your account may take an additional 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4–6 working days.
  

Replacement Delivery:
If a replacement product is issued, it will be dispatched promptly and delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Refunds for Dissatisfaction (Non-Damage):

We do not accept returns for:

• Minor color variations between product and website images.

• Subjective preferences or expectations.

• Handcrafted irregularities which are natural and not considered defects.

Customized / Tailored Products:

Products that are Customized, Altered, or Tailored as per customer requests are not eligible for Return, Refund, Exchange, or Cancellation.

Pre-order Terms & Conditions:

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

• Orders are processed only after full payment.

• In the event of non-delivery or delay, we will inform the customer and refund only the amount paid for the specific product.

Disclaimer:

• Product details (weight, color, handwork) are approximate and may vary slightly.

• Colors on screen and actual products may differ due to monitor settings or lighting.

• Handcrafted products may have slight variations and irregularities – this is a part of their charm and uniqueness.
